| 1 Sept 2023 | - Gained access to server through team viewer liaising with iQuest support - Conversing with Michelle from Ferguson Corp. to find the exact process causing the error - Testing with filename and different extensions to debug the issues - When testing FileMaker to create a temp file path the system responded correctly narrowing down the issue to be with the file path extension - Discussions with Al from iQuest to give me the Network path to the required folder rather than the routed "T:\" drive that was having issues - Replaced the file path for the PDF exports to the newly received one in the scripts and tested with one of the four buttons that had issues - Contacted Michelle to test from their end with successful results - Copied file path across to the other 3 buttons scripts and tested ll were working as expected | Caleb Harvey | 2h 0m | invoiced |
