| 29 Apr 2024 | Reassign RM Tasks - Adding a new button on the task screen for select, cancel and assign - Adding a drop down field on the UI dump field showing all staff user list - Adding an invisible button over the top of the portal row on both the future tasks and today's tasks tables - When this button is pressed the ID will be added into a list on the new menu register field "SELECT Communication Multi" - Hiding everything apart from the select button if $$Select ≠ 1 - Setting $$Select to 1 when the button is hit will will show all other options - The assign button is hidden until there is a value in the user assign field - The cancel button clears all data out of the selected fields and returns the button on the portal to opening up the task card window - If the assign button is hit, the user and all selected tasks are sent through to a server script which finds all tasks in the back end and replaces their field contents of the assigned RM with the newly assigned RM ID - Test that this is working correctly - Add a custom dialogue saying how many tasks were successfully marked under the new user and substitute plural wording based on the amount of tasks selected | Caleb Harvey | 2h 0m | invoiced |
