8 May 2024Keep Geo Information when tenement type is changed and merged - On the test tenement, mark a form 18 task as geo services to prepare and change the tenement config - Merge the form 18 to a matching form 18 and continue - Select the form 18 task and see if the geo has transferred which it hasn't - Repeat this process while debugging through the script to see the cause of the issue - Task merges and generates using the configuration template rather than the task itself - Add a step into the merge to find the newly created tasks where there is a merged/matched task against the previous tenement type - Perform a find for these matching tasks and parents/children and if geo has been ticked on the matched task, tick it on this one - Go into the custom dialogue that is prompted when matching and include wording to state that geo tasks will merge into the matched ones - SuccessCaleb Harvey2h 0minvoiced

6 Dec 2023ER01 Application Task formula in config not working correctly - Script debug through a new mapping to the NSW Exploration Licence - The problem task comes in without a granted or application date entered in the system - As no tasks are supposed to come in if they reference the dates, check through the script step to see where the issue takes place - Try and change the formula around in the data viewer so it isn't pulling through an error on the date - With no success, change the "Extension Date" merge field back to the "Granted Date" and change the formula around to work in correct reference to this - Once the formula is working well, try and pull through the same configuration into a bank tenement and see the task not appearing until the Granted Date has been entered - Once the granted date is entered the task comes in with the correct formulaCaleb Harvey3h 0minvoiced

30 Oct 2023QLD EPM Rents Frozen Until 31/8/2028 - Finding the ID of the 5 tenement configurations with the frozen Rents - Performing a find for all due tasks with these ID's - Developing a formula to override the due date with that takes the current due date and if it is before august 31st modifies the date to be due and 2029 and if it is after august 31st it will be due in 2028 - New tenements with this configuration need to be updated to still create the task and modify its due date or else there will be issues with switching back on in 2028 if we just turn the tasks off - New formula checks if the granted date +1 year is smaller than the unfrozen date - If it is smaller it will modify the year to be either 2028 or 2029 depending on if the date falls before or after august 31st - testing this with a new tenement configuration test to see the task get created with a due date after 31/8/2028Caleb Harvey5h 30minvoiced

17 Oct 2023Issues with all irregular tasks - added the case yesterday to keep the due date the same if its formula contains the current date call - updating the case to change the position of my change yesterday where the due date will prioritise the manual entry field first - testing the change on an irregular task with success - contacted Belinda reguarding the TOSA tasks that were effected before the change was made yesterday -Searched through the back end for all the Tosa tasks effected and updated their formula - changed the formula to reference the tasks created date rather than the current date - replaced the found set with this change - contacted Belinda again to see if changes successfully resolved her problemsCaleb Harvey4h 0minvoiced
