| 19 June 2024 | Add Notes to Each Run - Create a new table to house the notes for each run on each day - Create relationships for every run following a similar pattern to the name display for each run - Make the action fields on the notes table for run and site number - Create a date field in the notes table to show the date of note for that run - Link up these fields into the relationships and turn on auto create relationship so the notes will always show and make a relationship using the date and correct run number based on the relationship - Resize the schedule web viewer to make room for the run notes at the top - Add in a run notes for every run and change the relationship to match its run and site - Resize the note width to be similar to the width of the truck pre start buttons - Test clicking into each note field to ensure it creates a note for the correct date and run number - Create a new note area on the ipad job list display screen for each individual run screen - Resize page to fit correctly - Link note to a new relationship that links up the run selected and date selected to a note in the run schedule screen - Type into this field on different runs and ensure they match up with runs in the schedule screen - Do the same with the schedule screen ensuring notes entered are then displayed on the truck iPad screens - Success | Caleb Harvey | 5h 0m | invoiced |
