4 July 2023In Test Version - Create "Action. Unallocated" field in "Trade Add Cost" table that returns a 1 if the cost is not linked to a trade - Link this new field up with "#Menu Register" which displays only the records with no allocation - Create an "INFO Cargo #" field in the table to display the cargo number pulled from the new relationship to "Trade Group" using the trade groups ID field - Add the field "_Count" to the table to summarise the number of records found - Create a Relationship to the "#Menu" table so the Count formula can be displayed in the menu item showing how many costs are unallocated - Create the layout "NAV Trade Add Cost" and add the portal in it with the relationship to show unallocated costs - On the portal display: Cargo#, Date, Type, Description and Value of the unallocated costs - Add "Unallocated Costs" into the Menu to go to the new layout - Turn off editable fields in the main cargo blend screen - Change formula of hiding/showing the unallocated buttons to be based on the new ACTION field rather than volume field - Use this formula to show/hide the delete buttonCaleb Harvey2h 0mwip
