| 25 Sept 2023 | When Tenements are Switched to Inactive, Remove them from associated Group Tasks - Move the button script into a script step for the Directory Script where other steps can be performed - See if the current tenement has any related group tasks - If it does, prompt the user with a custom dialogue asking if they wish to remove the tenement from the group tasks - if yes, set a variable with the ID of the tenement and go to the back end of the group tasks - Perform a find with all relation ID's that contain the tenement ID - replace the field contents with a substitution of its current value without the tenement ID - Perform the inactive switch script regardless of what happened above Delete the group task configuration if the last tenement has been removed - Where the above solution replaces the field content, constrain the found set to see if any relation ID fields are now empty - If there is one or more found records, prompt the user if they would like to delete the group task as there are no related tenements left - if yes, delete all selected records Follow the same process if the status is marked as: Abandoned, Cancelled, Expired, Forfeited, No Interest Retained, Refused, Renewal Withdrawn, Surrendered, Transferred, Vetoed, or Withdrawn - Copy the current script trigger on the status field into a new parameter below the above solution - Commit the data to ensure the status being used is correct - Set a variable as 1 if the status is found in the listed "Surrender statuses - If it does equal 1, perform the first two processes with the group task the same - Regardless of status, perform the set field and commit it was previously set to do - Test all newly created functions and ensure user has complete control to cancel or delete from group task | Caleb Harvey | 5h 0m | invoiced |
