| 24 Nov 2021 | 4/ Reviewed scripts for Doctor's Referral image containers. Found bug that jumped to containers in a non-sequential order. Amended script. Reviewed each container to investigate Error message. 3 of 5 containers non-editable in brose mode. Adjust settings for each instance. 5/ Reviewed script and could find system reasoning to not fill title. Discussed with Client the "Set Comment" button that already exists, which rewrites the comment and includes any changes to field such as Title. 6/ Reviewed Ref Req layouts. * buttons on each layout, with hard text on each layout to be changed. Each layout also has corresponding pdf layout that requires individual changes. Ref Req Revised also accessible and contained D904 references. Navigated to each layout, replaced text on buttons and within editable fields. Ref Req Rev contains auto-generated comment determined by FORMS table. Attempted to change, unable to do due to user-activity at the time. 7/ Investigated reason behind error displaying. Content determing by name of layout that the user is on. Script checks for the name, and the directs it tothe applicable case for the text to output.
