Portal currently displaying Active Users. Added in Active Employee field into Portal. Added in Search Filter on Active Employee. 1 Dec 2021Scheduler - Adding Contact - Implemented sort order on portal to order lines alphabetically Added start and stop concrete time fields for the selected job onto the bottom of the scheduler screen Added office notes field for the selected job onto the bottom of the scheduler screen Investigated occurrences of 0 pump hours on provided examples. Confirmed existing scripting was correctly setting fields and applying a minimum when expected. Reviewed scripting for triggers to alter the pump hours. Confirmed the Completed Date is a necessary field to trigger the pump hours field. Implemented Completed Date field onto the iOS Time layout. Tested iOS job to confirm resolution. Created duplicate USER layout for testing purposes. Implemented filter for User Screen for Inactive employees to not be displayed. Investigated User screen as reported being extremely laggy. Checked scripts running when navigating to User layout - triggers a "Clear Search" script on entry. Determined as not contributing to any lag. Reviewed contents of User layout. Tested Contact portal with fields removed. Removed a field corresponding with the permissions type, which resulted on the portal loading incremently quicker, and resulted in smoother scrolling. Removed field was calculating for each result displayed in the portal, increasing computing time. Moved the inactive filter into the relationship for the "Contact.
