17 Nov 2021Call w/ client - Client advised of staff issues when entering notes. Client emailed original staff email through for review. Looked into Notes but was unable to replicate. Discussed with Tash - XS contains a timeout feature which was set to 30 seconds, has been adjusted to 180 sconds (3 minutes). Called client to advise of this change. Client advising staff to keep note entering under 3 minutes. I suggested support staff on shifts in the near future screen-record while entering notes to help us capture any instances of issues.Jacob Edwards1h 0mwip
