10 July 2024Adding Rings into Map to Represent Zones - Study the map docs and find ways to import circle polygons onto it - Map has to be built and initialised using javascript instead of html to be able to use the circle method - Re-script the html to align formats correctly - Create an object filled with the 6 different zone radius's - Inside the map creation function, add a step to loop through the zone object and add each circle onto the map with overlapping shading to make the circles get darker with each overlap - Create the marker creation step in javascript and create a test object with data to test putting down on the map - Use original markers by removing the flagpole image - SuccessCaleb Harvey1h 45minvoiced

8 July 2024Insert Google Map with Job Locations - Change layout base table to the Insane Jobs table - Create a script called "Google From Parramatta" - Perform a find for all the jobs marked with 6 or less in the "_Google Distance From Parramatta Calc" field - Go to the first record and create a loop - Set a count variable adding 1 for each loop - Set the data variable with the required javascript code to add a new marker to the map - Use data from the job record of the current loop and set the coordinates, job number and address as the title, and the record number by using the count variable - Exit the loop and return to the first record in the found set - Remove the pinpoint locations from the source html and put a placeholder of "**Markers**" there - In the script, substitute this placeholder with the data variable to insert the pinpoint locations and data - In the html code, add a function called goTo and have it perform a filemaker script to go to the record number that the image was injected with in the loop - On the image javascript in the script, add an "onClick=goTO(this.id)" to perform the function and change records in filemaker - Test with successCaleb Harvey3h 0minvoiced
