| 24 Oct 2023 | Create New Commitment Rate Table - Discussions back and forth with Anita to create new commitment calculation formula - Take the formula sent over by Anita and test it out in the data viewer against a tenement to see if it brings in the same result as the tenements government data commitment - Once the formula is successful, create a new table called Rate Com as a duplication of Rate - Create a relationship to the application and tenement table in the back end - Show this portal on the configuration screen for the tenements in the expenditure tab - Create a new script step that is similar to rate but applied to the commitment rates - Add the ability to create a new rate and test out front end calculations - Add in all the steps for each configuration sent by Anita and all possible tenement ages and land measurements - In the application table, add the rate formula to the commitment current field and show the rate calculation if there is no financial data - Adding financial data overrides the commitment field in case the calc is incorrect - Apply the same process to the commitment next field - Test all configurations and check for discrepancies | Caleb Harvey | 5h 30m | invoiced |
